Science Laboratories

Where Theory Meets Practice

The AIMS School is equipped with three dedicated science laboratories that provide students with hands-on experience in scientific investigation and experimentation. Our well-equipped Chemistry and Biology labs offer students the opportunity to explore scientific concepts through practical work, developing critical thinking, analytical skills, and a deeper understanding of the natural world.

Biology Laboratory

The Biology lab is a dynamic learning space where students explore the fascinating world of living organisms through observation, experimentation, and analysis.

Chemistry Laboratory

The Chemistry lab provides a safe and well-equipped environment for students to conduct chemical experiments, understand reactions, and develop practical laboratory skills.

Physics Lab

The Physics lab offers a hands-on space for students to explore the fundamental laws of nature, from mechanics to electromagnetism. It focuses on precision measurement, data analysis, and the practical application of theoretical concepts through experimental observation.

Developing Scientific Minds

Our science laboratories are more than just rooms filled with equipment—they are spaces where curiosity is nurtured, hypotheses are tested, and future scientists are born.

Biology Laboratory

The Biology lab is a dynamic learning space where students explore the fascinating world of living organisms through observation, experimentation, and analysis.

  • Compound and dissecting microscopes for detailed cellular observation
  • Digital microscopes for enhanced visualization and learning
  • Water baths for temperature-controlled experiments
  • pH meters for accurate acidity measurements
  • Comprehensive glassware collection (test tubes, beakers, flasks)
  • Prepared slides and slide preparation materials
  • Biological models and educational charts
  • Basic molecular biology tools

Safety & Infrastructure:

Student safety is our priority. The lab features:

  • Proper ventilation systems
  • Clean water supply and waste disposal systems
  • Safety equipment including first-aid kits and fire extinguishers
  • Well-maintained and organized workstations

Practical Experiments:

Students engage in a variety of hands-on activities aligned with their curriculum:

  • Microscopic examination of plant and animal cells
  • Slide preparation and staining techniques
  • Enzyme activity experiments
  • Dissections as per syllabus requirements
  • Microbiology basics including culture observation and staining
  • Physiological observations and studies
