Principal Message

Education is one of the most important factors in the development of a nation. Pakistan, being an underdeveloped country, needs education at all levels. Our aspirations are guided by the ideology of Pakistan and principles of Islam. It is, therefore, a necessity to establish thousands of standard institutions, which can inculcate in youth, the ideals and aspirations of the nation emphasizing on basic Islamic teachings and principles of equality, tolerance, and social justice. THE AIMS SCHOOL & COLLEGE has been established in May 2011 in the capital city Islamabad to provide quality education, particularly to the students of underdeveloped areas.

Residental Facilities

The hostel of the AIMS provides the following facilities

1-Spacious and airy living rooms with warm water during winters.

2-Spacious dining halls.

3-Daily Newspapers are provided to the students to keep them abreast with day-to-day national and world affairs.

Hostel Discipline

1. Students are not permitted to keep the following in the Hostel: Mobile phone, transistor, video games, personal computer, wireless radio, MP3-4, unauthorized medicines, matches, heater, musical instruments, undesirable printed material, TV set, any edible items and knives/arms.

2. A student found with a mobile phone in the possession of the hostel will have to pay a fine along with confiscation of the device.

3. It will be the responsibility of parents/guardians to arrange safe journey for their children for going home and coming back to the institute at the beginning and end of the holidays/breaks. However, the college may arrange journey by Rail/Road/air of the students in groups on behalf of the parents/guardians.

Boarding Students Working Routine

The daily routine for boarding students begins early in the morning with the summons to morning prayers and Quranic lessons. Followed by a morning assembly attended by both boarders and day scholars, after which the regular classroom session commences. Extracurricular clubs begin after classes for Grade 6 to second year, both boarders and day scholars. Evening preparatory classes are compulsory for boarders. Inter-house activities are usually scheduled for Saturday or other weekdays, depending on the prevailing conditions.

Medical Care

The AIMS School & College is conscious about its students health. College has a contract with MAWA trust, Cure Medical Centre, Jhangi Sayedian Islamabad and Farooq Hospital Murree Expressway to cater health issues of students. Cure Medical Centre is bound to check health status of each student on quarterly basis and to prepare health report of each student. First Aid and basic medical care will be provided free of cost by MAWA trust at The AIMS Clinic in the campus. Specialized medical facilities will be provided to students on discounted rates by Farooq Hospital. Only Critical Medical Cases, will be shared with guardians.
