Admission Procedure
• It's important to note that registration alone does not guarantee admission.
• Admission depends on passing the admission test and an interview.
Admission Process
An informal and light interview is conducted with students. While a formal interview is conducted with their parents.
Applicants for Grade 1 to 3 are tested in three subjects: English, Urdu, and Mathematics (Science is included in the test for Grade V to IX).
The child should come prepared with the necessary stationery for the written test.
The syllabus for the test is provided at the time of registration.
Successful students will proceed to the interview stage.
Parents will receive the admission fee voucher from the Accounts Office.
The fee must be deposited in the designated bank.
The Admission form is filled by the admission Office.
The child can attend classes only after receiving confirmation letter from admission office.

Additional Documents For Board Classes
• Mark sheet (Result Card)
• Character Certificate (issued by previous institution)
• Migration Certificate (if migrated from the other board)
• Result Cancellation Certificate (if applicable)
• Death Certificate of Father ( Orphans only)
• Affidavit (format provided by AIMS)
If, at any stage, it is found that any document submitted by a student is false or tempered the admission will be cancelled.
Medical Fitness Certificate
Only medically fit students can apply for admission. Those suffering from any communicable / infectous diseases shall not be granted admission.

We offer education from Montessori through Grade 12 (Intermediate level), providing a complete educational journey from early childhood to college.
Step 1: Registration
The following documents are required at the time of registration:
- Recent passport-sized photographs (4 copies)
- CNIC copy of Father/Guardian/Mother
- Form B (for students)
- Previous grade result card/mark sheet
- NADRA Biometric Verification of parent/guardian
After verification, fill the registration form and collect the registration challan to deposit the registration fee in the designated bank account.
Step 2: Admission Form Submission
Submit the completed admission form along with the required documents (mentioned above).
Step 3: Scheduling of Admission Test
After verification of documents, our admissions team will schedule an entrance test.
Step 4: Interview
Shortlisted candidates and their parents/guardians will be invited for an interview.
Step 5: Other Forms Submission and Final Approval
The Admission Incharge will provide final approval.
Step 6: Admission Confirmation
After approval, the following documents are required for final admission confirmation:
- School Leaving Certificate
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Character Certificate
- Guardianship Affidavit (if the guardian is other than the parent)
- Death Certificate (if applicable)
- Gap Certificate (if applicable)
Migration Certificate (for students from different boards)
Preschool to Grade 9: February (Academic year starts April 1st to March 31st)
College admissions start in May (Academic year starts August 1st to July 31st)
We discourage mid-year admissions, as they can disrupt the student’s learning continuity. However, in exceptional cases, we may consider an admission only if the student has a strong academic background and provides a genuine, valid reason for transferring mid-term.
Mid-year admissions are allowed in exceptional cases. The 12-month fee policy is applicable for mid-term admissions.

A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for students to be eligible to sit for final examinations.
Students are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline for a healthy and favorable environment conducive to effective learning and teaching. The following acts of indiscipline may result in suspension, expulsion, rustication, or withdrawal from the school:
- Immoral conduct like cheating, stealing, or any act of gross misbehavior
- Vandalism (willfully causing damage to school property)
- Showing disrespect or rudeness to teaching/admin staff, services staff, or guests
- Violation of school rules, regulations, or instructions
- Participation in violent activities against the school’s interest or damaging its prestige
- Smoking, using illegal drugs, or keeping arms and dangerous instruments
- Absenting from school for more than 3 days without permission
- Persistently showing tardiness or failing to follow daily routines
- Being improperly dressed, untidy, or living in a disorderly fashion
- Consistently failing to maintain minimum academic standards
- Use of unfair means in tests or examinations
Hostel Restrictions: Students are not permitted to keep mobile phones, transistors, video games, personal computers, wireless radios, MP3/MP4 players, iPods, unauthorized medicines, matches, heaters, musical instruments, undesirable printed material, TV sets, edible items, or knives/arms in the hostel. Mobile phones found in a student’s custody will be confiscated and a fine of Rs. 1,000 will be imposed.
